Partner with Maverick Wellness Partners to source qualified healthcare providers, build candidate relationships, screen for fit, and support clean candidate submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified healthcare candidates through outreach, networking, referrals, and professional platforms.
  • Screen candidates for role fit, availability, preferences, and basic qualifications.
  • Document candidate conversations and submit complete candidate information through the approved process.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and follow up consistently.

What we are looking for

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and document recruiting activity clearly.
  • Professional approach to candidate outreach and follow-up.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is helpful but not required if the candidate is coachable and process-driven.

Compensation

Independent contractor role. Commission-based compensation. Commission terms are subject to written agreement, candidate ownership rules, and successful start requirements.
